If you are driving to Festival Place, free parking is available on the south side of the facility after 5 p.m., and paid overflow parking is available in the neighbouring Centre in the Park.
Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the show or event starts. The Box Office opens one hour before the show and the door to the theatre opens 30 minutes prior.
If you need to pick up tickets at the Box Office, the original purchaser must show ID. If that is not possible, the original purchaser must contact the Box Office before arriving at 780-449-3378 to reassign the tickets to the new name, or the original purchaser can send the PDF tickets directly to the new attendee.
Beverages and light snacks are available for purchase (cash only) at most performances. An ATM machine is available in the lobby.
When applying perfumes or scents, please consider your fellow patrons who may have sensitives or allergies. The rule “less is more” often applies in an indoor environment.
Please be aware that there is no elevator service to the balcony seating area. If wheelchair or accessible seating is required, please contact the Box Office directly at 780-449-3378.
